Refund of amount

Hi all. Can anybody tell me that my university refunded my adv payment of accommodation on 30 october. And they sent me swift confirmation on 8 november but i have not received amount yet in my bank. They sent visa wire. Do you have any idea why i have not received amount yet though they sent me swift confirmation. How much time i will get amount??

This isn't an immigration issue. Why not ask the University?

Yes. I thought if someone has gone through this then they can share their view on it. I also asked university but no reply yet

Casa if you don't mind do you know that if fees is refunded by university then how many days it normally takes ?? Any idea. 1 week 1 month.

Again, this has nothing to do with immigration. Ask your university or your bank.
