If you are still thinking of applying by 15th November, you are almost guaranteed to NOT get a decicion in a month. You would not only lose fees, it will be waste of 3/4 months on top. You will then reapply with 6 months payslips and that would be another few months before you would get a decicion. Do the maths and then decide.

Can both of these Forms filled by me as I know most of the details. and later can be signed by my wife ?
and the appendix 2 also am filling it in on the laptop with PDF editor later it can be printed and signed by my wife ?

So after completing these forms the online form itself gets submitted and the Appendix 2 gets submited in pakistan ? or how does it work and also the supporting documents payslips bank statements all that does that get submitted here?

Please tell me what gets submitted online and by post in the UK and what are the documents that my wife will be submitting in pakistan. Lastly how long approx the process will take if applied through express service ?

You will need a letter of no objection giving her permission to stay.

My wife has passed her TB and English Test. Does it need to be submitted here with the application or she will give it in with her documents in Pakistan?

You need to follow the process and instructions of the online system. Some VACs scan all the documents. You will be instruction what to do when you go through the application and appointment booking process.

Consider yourself very lucky if you get the decision in 3 months from application. You can contact them whenever you wish but they will most likely reply you with generic answers all the time. Also, I believe you have to pay them for any communication, don’t know how that work though.

Then what is the point of people paying for priority? All of the documents I have provided are originals.
The only reason I applied for priority is that my wife's pregnant and she's expecting in March.

There have been instances where priority cases have taken well over 6 months & then on some occasions, few weeks only. It all depends on how strong your case is & perhaps the workload of local High Commission etc.
