Dear Friends

Is IVA and DMP affect on ILR 10 year long residence application ? I checked all application form there no information about debt management plan or iva .

Having debts do not affect your ILR unless there is a CCJ against you and you failed to have measures in place to pay it.

Hi there,

Dont know about DMP, but as far as IVA is concerned, I am 100%, it does not affect you ILR application. also its not CCJ so you dont need to mention it in your form answering that CCJ question.
( I had IVA and got ILR)
