Someone who works for our world wide group (we are UK subsidiary) has applied for a role with us in UK. We have fulfilled RLMT and interviewed all candidates, and he has turned out to be great fit.
We only have standard Tier 2 A rated licence - not ICT license.
Could we still apply for RCoS for him to to come to UK? OR in this case would we have to go down ICT route (pending getting ICT licence...)?
