Hi,

I'm planning to invite my parents to UK for 1-2 months.
At the moment me and my wife are living in a 1 bed apartment, we are looking to move to a bigger place but it is taking time.

Can we apply for visa right now and in case of rejection can I appeal with new house documents?
If application rejected do we lose fees or we can appeal with new documents?
We could wait till we move to new place but that might add more delay to travel.

Please provide suggestions.
