I am applying next 2 weeks time .just want to ask
Is 2 referees filling their details on AN form and is one of theim need to fill details passport form as well.
Need 3 photos just need to fill name and DOB on back of photos . Or referee need to sign back 2 of theim .
And how much fee for passport.

Two referees fill their details only in AN Form and not on Passport form. Referee do not need to sign on the back of the photos.

I got one fixed penalty. Received from police and Got 6 points and 300£fine. No court waz involved . now on 6th Nov 2017 it's expired I am planing to apply next 2 weeks ..
My question in section 3
Where I have to mention about it.
3.2 in criminal convictions
Or
3.4 details of judgement or civil plenty section.
