My application was recently refused due to an error by my employer and they have now submitted for an urgent new COS to be issued however they have not heard back since submitted the request for the new COS and sending an email to the email address provided on the UKVI website. I was wondering if anyone on here has ever submitted a request for a COS this way or if they are to waiting for one to be approved?
