After EEA2 trying to sort out PR form, include daughter or wait?

Post by cuttingman23 » Wed Nov 29, 2017 9:47 pm

Summary of the situation:

I'm British born, lived here all my life, but also have an Italian passport.
Married Brazilian wife in August 2012. Sent off EEA2 application.
March 2013 she received residence card of a family member of an EEA national (expires March 2018).
April 2013 her daughter (now 19) came here and got same residence card in February 2014 (expires February 2019).
October 2016 we had a daughter, applied for her British and Brazilian passports and received both.

Been reading that she can apply for PR card after 5 years of marriage rather than wait for residence card to expire. I think to also include her daughter in the application rather than wait a year to send a second individual application?

All help appreciated, thanks
