travelling on stamp 4 eufam to Special member state territories in the European Union

Can we travel to those countries with my wife on stamp 4 eufam, to those being on the extreme points of the EU? Like for ex.: French Guiana?

It depends if the eu directive 2004/38 is applicable.
You have to check every territory by yourself.
For French Guiana ask the french embassy in Dublin.
