hello members;
i have a question regarding EEA2 application, I submitted my application in July 2017 and received an email from home office on 28th October that my biometric residence card is been proceed and it will arrive in 10 workings days, after these days i contact home office through email saying that i did not received yet and they replied that it will arrive in 3-5 workings days,but did not, today i received another email from home office saying that the caseworker will contact me.
I am not understanding if they gave me a visa why they are delaying, if you have any experience like that please let me know.
Thank you
but i email them they said it take 3 to 5 working days now they say your case worker will contact you.yes i applied in july
