The one useful thing about the application tracker was that if it changed to Decided and ages later you still hadn't received anything in the post, you'd at least know to expect something. I know someone whose EEA(PR) paperwork was sent back to the Home Office because she wasn't at home for the delivery. The postal worker neglected to leave the red "you were out" slip, so she never knew to collect it from the delivery office. In the end, it was returned to sender/the HO. She only found this out after she contacted the HO after the full 6 months to ask what was happening with her application.

Do we know if it's gone permanently? I don't think there's anything to suggest so. It might down for maintainence or an update.

Hi guys i just checked and the website is not found. So wish too that they updating it .
I have applied on 13 of November. Received by Ho on 14 of November. Money gone off from my account 17 of November. Biometric done by 20 of November. Everything done so quick but since i heard nothing and i keep tracking but not recognized yet . Thanks guys

To be honest it’s a good thing that it’s gone because it wasn’t helping.

One question please who is this immigration board.
Are they related to home office or just private sort of a thing

The people running this board are just well-meaning individuals who help people and nothing to do with HO.

I, however, have to disagree with the sentiment that the tracker being gone is a good thing. More (and accurate) information can never be worse than no information (just look at Brexit). I wouldn't mind it so much if they at least sent you an email notification when the decision was taken, so you know you can expect the letter.

Halleluja! After 5 months and 3 days my online status changed to DECIDED (applied on 05/07)
Now everything crossed for the right outcome. For the reference, the status changed between 2.15 and 4.15 pm, definitely not at 12.

Looks like our application were both decided at same time. I applied on 01st July and you applied on 5th july...

FYI the decision was made on 04th Dec but updated today .. so hopefully expect letter next week.. Let's just hope it is right decision.

I called them and asked them that I have not received my letters yet even though the status was changed the same day. Girl told me that your case was decided on 04th so I still have to wait untill next friday

Let's hope it is good news . BECAUSE it might be possible that this might be just letter saying they need extra time . BUT again if they need more time, they won't change the status and will keep it as pending..

I was just thinking to check my application status but the website is not working ( its says Page not found ). Hoping to get a positive outcome before Christmas as can not wait any longer, applied in November 2016, more than a year now.

i found the visa status page is not there anymore, hope they are improving it and release a more accurate version soon! no more reference number not found problem! haha!

Like many have stated, this webpage can not be found.
Initially this 'service' was beta trial.
It must have been taken down for fixes/improvement. I see no reason why it should not be up and running again in few days.
Long story short, it was a good way to avoid anxiously waiting for mail everyday for a decision letter

No, it's not just you. Many users reported the same issue. The service has been taken down yesterday and HO didn't provide any information wether it's permanent or just a maintenance.

i was checking my application status regularly and eventually on 8/12/2017 around 13:45 the status changed from awaiting a decision to DECIDED.it made me super relaxed and I made a snapshot, but to be sure once again I tried to check on 9/12/2017 but the link was down kind of strange at once its gone ?..no clue at all…super frustration times..

i am a bit worried what is next ..any suggestions

Perhaps read the thread and what others have said "Wait until you receive your letter and if it doesn't arrive then contact them"..
