Not received visa update in 8 week - Next steps?

Hi All,

Can anyone guide me how can I contact the home office if I do not receive any update on my Tier 2 ICT Visa Extension in 8 weeks? There is a number on Home office website, I haven't tried calling them yet but do they usually respond if I reach them on that number? Is there any other way to reach them. The following link doesn't work anymore:

My 8 weeks waiting time will be complete this Friday (15th December). Is there any one else in similar situation?

HO will take as long as necessary to process your application. The website clearly states it can take up to 8 weeks. Suggest be patient until 8 weeks has passed.
