Ask your Tier 4 sponsor to request it on your behalf.

Thank you for your response Shah. Majority time they can't help you as they also expressed the same thing for this request. I have been advised to seek help from outside. Thanks for your understanding.

I am sorry Shah for my unclear writing.

University only recruited immigration adviser due to save their license not to save our visa or to help student either. I have been advised to seek help from outside when I asked them how can I request interview transcript from HO. I hope i am able to clear it for you.
