On the VAF4 Form

Question 5.8

"Do you have any criminal convictions in any country (including traffic offences"

Does my wife need to put down she got a speeding ticket in her home country (SA) and say that she had to pay a fine. There was no Sentence so i dont know what supporting docs i would include?

I think they may be referring to driving convictions such as Drink Driving, drving without a license; the kinds of driving offences for which you appear in court. It may be worth enquiring with the HO/Embassy.
