AN1 - 10 years UK Employment Experience

Hi All,

AN1 form, section 1.50: Employment history in UK during past 10 years, or since date of entry if you have been here for less than 10 years:

My case:

I was in UK from Dec -2009 to Feb -2012 on Tier 2 ICT visa, then I went to India for the Visa change to Tier 2 General. But unfortunately visa took time (77 days) and continuous visa condition break and then I entered in UK 25th April 2012 on fresh Tier 2 General Visa.

In April 2017, I got ILR based on my entry in April 2012 and next year April I will apply for BC. So please could you please suggest me for section 1.50, do I need to fill detail of employment of ICT in the form or Do I need to fill employment detail from April 2012 (Tier 2 general fresh entry).

Yes. You need to complete all employment you have had in the UK.
