MN1: Child born in UK - 4 months absence in last 12 months

Post by radhamvp » Fri Dec 15, 2017 8:45 pm

Hi,

Child born in UK before father settlement and now father is having settlement Visa (ILR).

We planned to apply citizenship for baby (1.5 year old) using MN1 application. while filling the form i have seen Section 2 - Residence requirements. My child was 4 months outside of UK in the last 12 months.

can you please provide your valuable comments.

1) is it there any rule for child to meet the resident absence? is it eligible to apply?
2) do we need to fill this section in application about absences?

Thanks in advance.

If a question asks, then answer it. However, child's absences are irrelevant or not applicable to child's entitlement.
