Graduate degree Compliance

Hi friends,

I did my graduation in engineering from Mumbia University, India. My graduation certificate indicates my degree as 'Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)'.
This degree is recognised as of graduate level.
However, Do I still need to provide NARIC certificate alongwith my Graduation certificate in order to earn 15 pts?
I think any indian fellow - specially from Mumbai can answer this.

You shld be alright without submitting a NARIC certificate. They refer to the database on their own.
