Tier 1 - Extension Question

Hi All,

I have a very important question regarding Tier 1 extension.

During Tier 1 extension I will have the following scenario
a. Out of the last 12 months, I have worked as salaried employee in a Permanent job and earned say £20000
b. The last 6 months I have formed a Limited company of my own and worked as a contractor and earned say £25000
Now my question is how will my salary be calculated for last 12 months and under which category of Tier 1 can I apply as I have worked partly as salaried and partly as self employed.

you take help of accountant to close books of comapny

total (addition 20+25) will be your gross salary that you can show.

do you how much is the fees for hsmp extension under tier -1?
what document can i produce for age? no uk license.
