submit Teir1 HSMP application without original degree.

Post by irf_bar » Wed Apr 02, 2008 4:42 pm

Hi guys,

I applied for the HSMP teir 1 and got the conformation letter from HO.

My only big worry is, i haven't send my original degree certificate as i finshed my graduation last sept07. and im waiting for convocation , which will be held on july08.

but i send my original transcrpit, letter from uni, and letter from my HOD.

so what i really want to knew is that whether my degree documents (describe above) are sufficient.

Needs yours suggestion please.

Regards.

I sent in my official transcript (usually has some special sort of seal or stamp from the university on it). Obviously it should also state what degree you have been awarded/met the requirements of. That is all that is required

I wouldn't have been able to send my actual certificate as it is nicely framed at my parents place and I'm not planning on ever taking it out of its frame.

Hi,

Which country r u from!

We to need to apply for Teir1 from the country of residence.

First send out an e-mail to HO telling that, put a hold on ur case, & then get a letter from the university stating that you have successfully completed the Course, as a process the convocation certificate will be issue after completion of one year. you need explain this in the covering letter.

If you have just submitted the marks card, that would not help you!

I had only submitted the marks card, my case was rejected.

i send the letter stating that i have been awarded M.Sc that is from my HOD and also from international advisor, which is nothing we call it as offical letter from university. and that letter also include my strating date finishing date.

so what do you suggest VJ in this regard. do i have to contact HO to hold my application, or the document which i send is ok.

plz if you could forward me the email id of HO where i have to send my request.

Its a general e-mail i,d, does that letter state you have awarded or completed the course. wpcustomers@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

These words are very important! awarded or completed.

Wr r u currenlty, India or UK, from wr did u apply for Teir1?
