Online pay slips - ILR

Post by srichar33 » Thu Dec 21, 2017 7:35 am

My employer issues online payslip[s that I must print, I can easily get the letter confirming that they are genuine but would like to get the wording of the letter correct. Would something along the lines of this suffice?

"To Whom It May Concern

I write to confirm that the attached signed printed copies of payslips covering the period of June to December 2017 and P60 for tax year to 5th April 2017 issued by XXXXXXX for XXXXX XXXXXX are authentic. "

Thanks Steve

Yes its better to attach letter if you print yourself or you can ask them to issue paper payslip, if they have.
P60 for tax year to 5th April 2017
This is not required. Just attach pay slips and letter confirming pay slips are geniune. Dont provide unncessary docs

Not essential but Appendix FM does advise it so as I have it I will include it.

In addition to the evidence listed above, paragraph 2A of Appendix FM-SE specifies that
P60(s) for the relevant period(s) of employment (if issued) and a signed contract(s) of
employment may also be submitted in respect of paid employment in the UK. If they are
not submitted, the decision-maker may grant the application if otherwise satisfied that
the requirements of Appendix FM-SE relating to that employment are met, or they may
ask for the documents to be submitted in accordance with paragraph D of the Appendix.

Any comment on the wording of the letter?

Thanks Steve

Steve
You realize this guidance is for totally different route. Plese don't read irrelevant guides

You are switching from T2 and this requires the least docs

Read T2 guidance

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _04_17.pdf

Also look at this thread

indefinite-leave-to-remain/successful-p ... 67234.html

You will see what docs people submit for Tier 2 to ILR

If you are switching to ILR from T2 then you're reading wrong documents. Look at Tier 2 guidance the link i posted

Who mentioned tier 2? this is 5 year partner route!

The correct guidance is;

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... d-evidence

And that paragraph is stated there.

OK. You didn't mention it in original post that is why I assumed. Sorry about that.

If you had stated which route you are using to apply for ILR in your first post, it would have AVOIDED confusion. Good grief, we cannot guess the route you are on and yes, there are many different routes with completely different rules and requirements.

Apologies thought as its under the heading non-Tier then it would be clear but see at the bottom of ILR it states section relevant whether tie or non tier. Easy to mis things when posting on smart phone.

My original question is for 5 year partner ILR.

Thanks
