Hello Everyone,
A very important question,
Was wondering what happens to your work permit when your ILR gets refused, and you file for appeal,
Does HO cancell it or you are still allowed to work until the time of hearing comes?
I am so worried.
Many thanks

You don't have a 'work permit' as you applied for ILR based on the Set Protection route. Please post your questions in the Set(P) route ILR topic.

Hi all,

I have received my ILR card today. God bless you all for your input as it helped me fight my case at the tribunal. Thank you all and good luck to those who are still fighting: take courage!

Hi Yopcity
My appeal hearing date was 25 July 2017 and i received allowed decision on 7th of August.
I have also received a letter from HomeOffice Implementation Unit that they will process my case asap and instructed me not to make any travel plans. I received this letter on 26th of September 2017.
I am still waiting for my ILR. How long did it take for you to receive ILR after you received letter from HomeOffice?

Hello Everyone,
I had my ILR appeal hearing in FFT Taylor House on 23rd November 2017. Judge said she allowed the appeal. Didn't get any letters with the decision yet or anything from Home office. I applied for ILR in Feb 2016. It was refused and appealed in June 2016. This long waiting is just making me too much stressed. How long does it normally takes to get the letter with the decision?

Hi, My appeal was refused because of long absence from UK but I had compassionate grounds.
