Indefinite leave to remain (10 year route)

Post by JAYSON65 » Fri Sep 08, 2017 11:09 pm

Hi all, my son is due to apply for his ILR in November, 2017 after getting to 10 years legal stay in UK.
He is currently in the last 2,5years FLR (5 Year route) which will expire in 2019 but clocks 10 years in Nov 2017 officially in UK.

He is presently in his final year in university, can i be briefed on the documents needed to prepare for his Nov 2017 application.(which definitely would be a premium application)

Does he need to take any English tests ?, in addition to the LIUK which he has passed.

Also which form does he need to process.

Moderators and seniors please advice, thanks.

Should be similar to wife's successful application.

B1 test, part of KoLL required, if he doesn't have a degree and is over 18.
