Tier 4 refused visa vrs Fresh visa

I applied for Tier 4 visa last September, I was refused because ECO felt I wasn't a genuine student due to credibility interview, I also filed for AR which was also refused. I informed my University and applied for refund.
Presently, I applied to a new University for a different course/programme, I've also gotten CAS and ready to apply for Visa.
My fear is, will I be judged based on my previous? Considering the difference in courses?

Discuss it with your new Tier 4 sponsor and ask them for guidance on your application.
