Mistake on Premium Application

Mistake on Premium Application

Hi All

I have noticed that I have made a mistake (wrong employment date) on the Premium application - Also, Instead of choosing "In Person" I have chosen the online option ..Would this be an issue ? I was thinking to complete the paper form and take it with me on the day as well as the online form and everything else ...or shall I write a cover letter to explain that it was a mistake...Many thanks for your advice !
