Did anyone win the appeal?
Retain rights refused because of ex partners ID.

Did you give a cogent reason why the ID could not be provided and provide an alternative evidence.

I did tell them she always give excuses not to give me she gave her pay slip but not id

Can we get more information here with regards to people who have been to appeal with regards to not providing Ex-ID in application for retained rights or their permanent residence based on acquired retained rights
