PBS Dependant -> Tier-2 General -> PBS Dependant -> ILR

Post by PR890 » Sun Dec 31, 2017 11:50 pm

I entered UK as PBS dependant on Dec 2014, switched to Tier2 General on May 2016 and then to PBS dependant on Dec 2017. Does that mean the clock resets for me to 0 or will my stay from Dec 2014 to May 2015 be considered when I apply for ILR? In essence, when can I apply for ILR?

Yes, for ILR based on 5 years residence.

No it won't. You have lost that time towards ILR as a PBS Dependent and 5 years for ILR.
In essence, when can I apply for ILR?
As a PBS Dependent, in Nov/Dec 2022.
