UK settlement spouse visa

Hello
I wanted to know what the chances are If i was to apply for my husband who was administratively removed to Afghanistan in 2014. I am a British citizen and we got married in India in 2015 we have been together in a relationship before he was removed.

I meet all the financial requirements for the UK spouse visa.

We plan on applying from New Delhi in India as this is where he can apply from, given that he can't apply from Afghanistan.

How long is this process as the case is complex
Please advise
