spouse visa and baby passport

Hi

I have applied for my daughters British passport on 21st December 2017 but still haven't received any confirmation email from VFS or HMPO. reading the reviews one thing is clear that her passport will take time.

* I have a spouse visa refusal and have been married for 5 years now. My husband is on a good job fulfilling the minimum income threshold criteria and his six months in this job will be completed in January.

My question is

1) my husband is getting impatient now and wants to apply in feb. should we wait for our daughters passport first and then apply for spouse visa?
2) how long does it take to process spouse visa application?
3) if i get the visa do i have to fly in a stipulated time? in that case can i apply for emergency travel document for my baby.
4) any special circumstances under which her passport application can speed up?
5) does he need to show some savings also in his account for spouse visa or just the 6 month payslip?
6) even though my daughter is with me can my husband register her as a British citizen there?
7) what kind of questions will v be asked in her passport interview? i will be giving the interview with her in India and my husband in UK.

Hi,

I am on the same page, my wife received her spouse visa last week and she will be flying on the 19th of january.

We have a 3 month old baby boy and once my wife arrive we will apply for our sons british passport, my mother have contacted passport advice help line and they said that we could apply online and gave us all the document list for our sons british passport application.

Documents list:

My British Passport
Colour Copy of wife passport
My & wife cenomar
Baby scan photos
Medical bills & record
Maternity Hospital Discharge record
Baby birth certificate
My & wife birth certificate
Pictures with the baby (3 of us)
British Naturalisation Certificate

I will include my plane ticket & extension plain ticket because I went home to be with my wife but I was a few hours late because she had to give birth early.

Email to employer ( baby had an infection had to stay for a week more )

Cover letter explaining no pictures after 1 month because I have to fly back to UK due to work.

Yes, for ILR. Plus English language (NARIC confirmation) for extension and ILR.

I was going through the UKBA website and I am a little confused

1) when I will get the spouse visa does that mean I will get the ILR automatically?

There were different rules for ppl who want to apply for British citizenship under other categories and different rules for ppl whose spouse is British citizen

2) Since my husband is a British citizen when can I apply for British citizenship after reaching there? as in how long do i need to wait for application

1) No. After spending 30 months in the UK on a spouse visa, you may apply for FLR(M). Subsequently, from 28 days prior to the completion of the 5th anniversary of your initial entry as a spouse, you may apply for SET(M).
