IHS refund

Hello Everyone

Hope someone can help me,

My wife applied FLR fp in last year and varied to FLR M in April 17 which granted in Aug 17. We have received our first application refund after writing to home office. However, We are still waiting for IHS ( First Application) refund as this has been more than 90 days.

Also, I could see the Request refund option for the first application when I log on to IHS portal but I am not sure if I should go ahead and request for it.

Could someone please help me for the right process.

i know its not the right thread but pls i really need your help as iam in same boat as you were. CAN you please tell me if you have given bio metric for your second flr fp ? or did you vary before giving biometric for second flr fp. please do reply . thanks
