I think if those waiting for their extension over 6 months write to the home affairs committee asking for help, the committee may take this inquiry sooner as a whole, since they do not intervene in individual cases.

Why it takes months to decide tier1 entrepreneurs extension? Does the application go to que and gets opened only after months from applying? Sure it doesn’t take months to read or verify the documents.

I am just wondering as it is really frustrated plus soon I should hire two employees to comply with LTR and if the application gets rejected for whatever reason it is waste of money and time. Plus me and my family can’t travel anywhere as we don’t have passports!

I know the most likely answer will be... it is what it is, and nothing can be done. But I think this issue needs to be highlighted some how to the home office.
