Change sure name spelling

Hi guys, I have got my first passport back. But I would like to change spelling of my middle name and surename fur example surname from "Salih to Saleh and the middle name from " Mohammed to Mohamad. How possible is this ?

Do I have to have use deed pool service to do this?

I read that can change personal details on passport from government site it's mentioning the forename but doesn't mention middle or Surename?
