Yes, it cannot be more than 6 weeks. This has happened to me. So I am currently not eligible, because, I took more than 6 weeks holidays, last year. So try to be careful with your holidays and keep them to a minimum. No more than 6 weeks in the last year, before the date when you apply.zaza7625 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 13, 2018 8:14 pmHi.
I read somewhere that in order to be eligible irish citizenship need to be inside of ireland 1 continous year.
From 23 of august 2017 till 5 of september 2017 i was out of ireland.( overall 2 weeks).
Can anyone tell me when and how long can i take my hollydays in 2018 in order to be eligible aplly irish citizenship?
Can i take for example 4 weeks hollydays before 23 of august 2018 ?
Thanks
