Hi,
I have been passively following these posts for a while so I believe someone here can properly guide me on my issue:

Application submission : 16 Dec
Appointment for biometerics: 21 Dec
Confirmation Email : 22 Dec

I have not recived any update after that(No email or call regarding my application).

4 days ago on 12 Jan I recived this email:

Further to your application decision letter, I am writing to inform you that there has been a technical issue in producing your Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) and it may not be available for collection on the date previously advised.

We have referred this to our technical team who are investigating the issue.

As soon as the issue is resolved we will contact you with a date for collection. If the issue is not resolved in 5 working days time, we will contact with an update of our progress.

For any further enquiries on this matter, please contact the BRP Technical Team at BRPOATECH@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

If your 1 month multi entry visa has expired, we advise you not to make travel arrangements until you have received your BRP. Please note your right to remain in the UK is not affected.

Regards,

Naomi

BRP OA Tech Team
Home Office

Can somebody explain what does this mean and I'm still worried that I haven't recived any update on recollection of my passport as induction week at my uni has started from yesterday. Please guide me

Hi All,

I applied for September 2017 intake but received refusal on 11th October 2017, after admin review the decision of my application overturned and UKVI emailed me to re submit my passport which i did on 30th November 2017 with Deffer letter from university that i am allowed to join in January intake. Meanwhile regional manager of my university informed me that they have received a call from UKVI to confirm latest date i can join.

I am waiting from 30th November with no response from anywhere, visited VAC few times its no use, called university today they told me that they have emailed UKVI and will update me as soon as they get any response.

My classes are from 15th January. I am really worried.
Anyone?? I am still waiting for my passport, my university is saying they will update me once they will get reply from UKVI. My classes are from 15th i am really worried.
Just to update i called UKVI to get status of my application and my university also contacted them on friday i received an email from my university that UKVI replied them that they have issued me visa on 11/1/2018. But i havent received my passport yet. Visited VAC on friday and monday no luck for passport. My classes were starting from 15th january. What to do now??! Please suggest.
