belgium and ukrainian visa

Please could someone help me with the following questions.


I am a belgium citizen and my girlfriend is Ukrainian, we are currently planning on going throught the type C visa "with view to marriage"

I have the following questions after marriage which has to take place within three months of her visit, what will her status be, meaning i guess she will be a resident ?? will she be able to work ? if not what happens then, how do we go about this, will she need to again apply for a type D visa.

You are right. Your fiance's entry into Belgium will be regulated by Belgian law if you live and work there.
