extension of dependant visa

hi all
i am UK citizen and my wife is with me on spouse visa which is due an extension in january i am self employed and she is working part time , what letter she needs from her employer other than the salary slips also what other documents are required

Have you read the FLR(M) form at all?? It tells you exactly what is needed.

There is no 'template or sample'. Your employer simply has to do a letter state the key facts about your employment (salary, date started, job title etc etc).

one more question please my wife passed IELTS when she applied initially and the home office site says it can be used even if its expired if it has been used before for a visa application is it right ??? or she will have to take an A2 exam again
