Can you please help me get some clarification on this.. My job is listed under shortage occupation list. Soc code 2133-IT specialist managers.
As per my understanding, since the job is listed under shortage skill, it doesn't need RLMT.. But my employer has still conducted the test.. I did ask them but they didn't really give a helpful answer.. My question is, is it wrong for them to conduct RLMT?
The thing is I don't have hard proof to go back to them stating that RLMT is not needed.. So was hoping if you are absolutely certain can you let me know if this is an issue or not. Or is there any kind of exceptions and RLMT is needed.
. I don't want to teach my employer their job. I am going with the assumption that they know the best..but when I see the HO site I get confused I get these questions.. My application has been refused again this month. I am also clueless that incase if they agree with me on the RLMT point, won't it mis lead the HO when they resubmit the application for the next month that now the COS doesn't have RLMT details and it will again be rejected because HO may doubt the application now.
Please please please I request you to shed some light on my problem..
