New business for 5 yrs ILR under T1E

Hi respected members,

My time line as below:
Initial application: Feb-2014
Entrance UK: Mar-2014
Application for the first extension: June-2017 (still waiting for decision Jan-2018)

When I applied for my first extension in Jun 2017, I used my first business (A). As I wanted to sell business A during the waiting period of my first extension and intended to set up a new business (B) now in January 2018.
As my initial application (also visa valid from) was on Feb 2014, I can apply ILR on 5yrs in Feb 2019, or in March 2019 counting 5 years from my entrance date in March 2014.

My question:
1. Can I apply my 5yrs ILR in Feb 2019, which means counting 5 yrs from my visa "valid from" date? Or from my entrance date to UK (which means in March 2019)?
2. When applying for 5 yrs ILR, can I use only my second business (B) - creating 2 full time jobs within business (B)? and ignore everything from my first business (A) because I am selling it?
3. Do I have to provide all these 5 years business history which includes my business (A) and (B)?

A further question:
I am still waiting for decision of the T1E extension (today 20 Jan 2018), in a scenario if my extension to be granted in April/May/June, and if the new 2 jobs creation has to be from the last grant of stay and to exist 12 months, does it mean that I can only apply ILR in Apr/May/June 2019, instead of Feb/Mar 2019)?

No, you don't have to wait for 12 months after your extension.

If you have less that 12 months between last grant and ILR eligibility, you can use the Jobs created in the 12 months before your ILR application.

So, if you only get the visa extension in Jan 2019, you can apply almost immediately if you had 2 employees throughout.
