CIVIL PENALTIES - UNMARRIED PARTNER VISA

Post by Oggiemain » Mon Jan 22, 2018 12:05 pm

Good morning

I'm unsure if I'm asking this in the right place.

We are about to apply for an unmarried partner visa.

My partner worked illegally and now we're concerned that although he left the company he worked for 3 years after which, I have supported him, will the company he worked for get a fine for employing him?

Please are you able to help?

Thank you in advance.

Please continue in your original thread which gives a background to your husband's application.
