How long it takes for visa stamped?

Hey guys , i do not know if i made this thread in right section but i was hoping if u guys can help me , so my wife and daughter (disabled) had lost the case and i appealed the decision and went to court and the judge made the decision against home office and we won the appeal so after few weeks got the email from home office that they have decided to overturn their decision and approve the visa and we need to submit IHS payment and i did submit it as soon as i can and my wife and daughter went to lahore , pakistan and submitted there visas for stamping and now its been few weeks but have no heard anything , guys is this normal and how long does it take for them to sent them back the passports?

Made the IHS payment on 13/12/2017
Passport submitted on 15/12/2017

First of all congratulations that HO overturned there decision, regarding documents you need to consider that HO is bottle neck busy at the moment and there were Xmas and new year holidays so at least give a fortnight.
Also next time make sure to write down a full timeline as it helps understand the case better.

Hearing aug 2017
Decision overturned sep 2017
Call latter oct 2017
Passport submitted last week of oct 2017
Now its almost one the last days of 12th week and no responce from home office .
Can u plz help me by telling if someone got their visa who won their appeal from aug to sep 2017 .thanks

Please, post in your own topic. If members are not answering, maybe they don't know. You have no history of posting on the forum either, which we usually look at to understand the full circumstances.

Would you mind sharing how long it took you after you appealed? I am currently appealing as well.

it can take about an year too get a court hearing but before ur case for review by the case workers manager if they reject it than you have too reply for court hearing .... it is a quite long process u better off re-applying.

Yeah, I understand it is a long process but how long did it take in your particular case?

1 Year too get a court date , decision letter after 4 weeks and still waiting for passport to comeback from embassy ..

We have referred this to our technical team who are investigating the issue.

As soon as the issue is resolved we will contact you with a date for collection. If the issue is not resolved in 5 working days time, we will contact with an update of our progress.

If your 1 month multi entry visa has expired, we advise you not to make travel arrangements until you have received your BRP. Please note your right to remain in the UK is not affected.

But i didn't get my pp back and its now on 18th week still no call or email
