photograph for dependent (Tier1) ?

Hi,

In Section 2, I am suppose to attach 2 photographs of myself. Do I also need to attach 2 photographs of my dependent (my spouse) whose passport I would be submitting as well??

If u want to apply visa for your spouse then u need to fill different application and send along with your main application. In dependant application there is a place where u can attach your spouse photos.

Sorry, I dont understand. I am in UK on WP and want to switch to Tier1.
I believe you have to mention the dependents name on the tier1 application form that you are filling in section 2F. What is the different application that you are talking about?

Just read the page 3/45 of tier1generalapplicationform.pdf . It says -

DEPENDANTS
Each dependant must complete a separate PBS Dependants form.

Now I am trying to find the "PBS Dependants form"

In section 4 for dependant Form, we need to provide the evidance of available funds, this form showing 4 options

1. Personal bank or building society statements covering a 3 month period
2. Building society pass book
3. Letter from bank or building society confirming funds and that they have been banked for at least 3 months
4. Letter from FSA regulated financial institution confirming funds

i am confused, how many evidances i have to provide
pleasee reply me as soon as possible

Hi,

Please provide and one of these evidences. I guess the easiest would be the Personal bank statements covering a 3 month period.

You will have to show xxxx £. This would be different from the 800 £ you show for the main applicant maintainance funds.

i am going to apply for my hsmp extension, and i am using Tier 1 general application form, in this form in qualification section they ask the question
Please indicate the applicant’s method of degree verification:
under this question they are giving 3 options

1. Qualification on the Self-Assessment Tool
2. Qualification not on the Self-Assessment Tool but a NARIC letter and/or certificate is enclosed
3. Qualification not on the Self-Assessment Tool but a NARIC letter and/or certificate was provided with the applicant’s initial Tier 1 (General) application

As i am going to apply for hsmp extension do i need to select the 3rd options, and the main confusion is what evidence i have to provide to support this
