payment not debited

I have sent application to HO from india on 28/03/2008, but still my credit card not debited .
Actually i have sent the application to PO box thru courier.

can any one let me know how long will it take?

I think you are aware of the tier 1 introduced in india also from 31st March or 1st April. So, if you are applying under HSMP your application should reach Home office before that date. If it is reaching the Home office on or after the above date it will be simply rejected and send back to your address. That may be the one of the reason why your debit card was not charged.

Please check with your courier when the application was delivered at Home office( If it is DHL or other branded couriers you can track the status when it is delivered and all).

If you are receiving your application back please apply in india under Tier 1.

Thanks for the reply.My application has been reached on 28/03/2008.I have sent thru DHL and tracked.But instead of sending to courier address I have sent to the Post box address, still it has been delivered and signed by someone called FRENCH.

I would suggest you to call HO and ask them about your ref no and if they have not assigned you any reference number then ask why the money is not taken. Sometime banks stop any foreign currency transactions as well. Also let the bank know that you have authorised a foreign transactions in GBP to BIA.
