Tier 2 ICT sponsor License

Hi,

I am not sure if I can ask this question here.

We have a company operating in UK with atleast half a million turnover. We are planning to open branch office in India with 50% shareholding with indian investor. We may need indian employees to come over to do either training or have practical experience on how this company operates. In this scenario can we apply for Tier 2 ICT sponsor license? How many number of employee we can bring in to train at a time? and what are the legal requirements we need to have in place?
