URGENT - Company Visa Suspended(Tier 2)

I am currently on Tier 2 company sponsored visa, i have been told that company visa has been suspended and will be making an appeal against it. How likely is it for home office to change the decision?
I have asked the company for the reason for the suspension, however i have been told its confidential and cannot be shared. Is this normal?
What options do i have available? can anyone help please

You can keep working until its revoked. I'd suggest start looking for a new sponsor.
