ILR postal application: 12th March, 2008
Fee dedcuted:13th March, 2008

Recieved passports back stamped: 9th April,2008

You have been quite fortunate and congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!. I am still waiting for my passport 12 weeks after I posted the lousy documents. Like you, my application was based on work permit. I worked and I still work for the same NHS employer. I never had any major absences apart from 3-4weeks out of the country each year on statutory Annual Leave. I therefore can not understand why its taking so long. Every time I call the HO I always get told the same".........your application is under consideration, please continue to wait".
