UK NARIC

Post by ashishkm » Sun Feb 04, 2018 8:44 am

Hi Friends

I have applied to UK NARIC for statement of comparability and english language assessment.

Please clarify, if I get my UK NARIC certificates for above, i don't need to take up IELTS

Is that true?

Thank you

Sorry, I understood blue and red route now. I am applying freshly for Tier 2 General VISA for work, hence I applied through blue route (Statement of comparability and English Language Assessment)

I am hoping these NARIC certificates are good enough for my English language requirement, please advice?

Also as I asked above kindly list the documents needed in my Tier General application (applying from India) and necessary fee involved in it (for 1 + 2 dependants)

Thanks in advance

For tier 2 visa , red route is the option
(visa and immigration)

you will get statement of comparability and English language assessment via this route.

Blue route is for students.
I had previously checked by writing to UKNARIC

Thank you so much for letting me know. Actually after your first post, I checked with NARIC and you are exactly right, my application is just a the brink of processing blue- so fortunately, they stopped and altered it to red (with minimal admin fee)

Thanks again

Good to know about this topic.

Could anyone tell me that how long is that valid for as I applied one in September 2017 as I will be applying for Tier 2 G in a month?

Thanks,

Kris

As such validity is not mentioned, it's an assessment of your educational qualification.
so I believe if you are applying in a month that should be fine.
But not sure of the validity period of the certificates from UK NARIC

No problem, I hope you had attached transcripts, degree certificate and medium of instruction letter (mandatory for English language assessment, even if its mentioned in your transcripts) from your university
