Tier 4 pbs dependent switching to tier 2 General

Hi all,

Anybody recently switched from tier 4 pbs dependent to tier 2 General inside UK?

How about the RLMT process and results affected any?

Please assist me.

I have a tier 2 sponsor but want to know like what if in RLMT suitable setted job seekers are found (which happens most of the time)??

I currently hold tier 4 dependent visa. I'm planning to switch to tier 2 General.

I hold a UK bachelor's honours.

Does my employer still need to do RLMT before issuing cos?

You have to apply from home country.

Yes RLMT is required if not a shortage occupation.

If a settled worker is found, you cannot be offered the job.
