collecting with courier

Post by Saint » Wed Feb 23, 2005 8:40 pm

Hi all,

I am an out of country applicant. Apparently HO makes it possible to collect the documents with private courier but does "documents" include the decision letter as well? Does anyone have experience with this?

Or is it possible to have your decision letter and documents sent to a friend in the UK or do they only send to a legal representative/the applicant himself?

Thanks

Thank you very much for the replies, it's really helpful.

In the posts that I saw while researching this, I saw that the general problem in collection with the courier is that HO officers don't sign the company's documents. I believe mentioning this to the courier company might be helpful as it might save significant amount of time (which would be spent on asking to supervisors etc.).
