FLR(M) final doc check for PEO appointment tomorrow..

Hi All,
Just wanted someone who applied recently to check the below documents and confirm if I am missing something. We are applying for further extension from inside UK.

In addition I have two questions
- is it only online application form I need to print or Do I need to provide provide manual form as well. Sorry oif this is obvious as last time I dont recall submitting online application ?
- Also Do sponsor need to provide his/her naturalization certificate or british passport is more than enough ?
- thridly employer letter is dated 10-jan-18 and appointment is tomorrow (07-Feb-18) which is exactly 28 days. is this going to cause any issues.

- 2 photos of the applicant
- 1 photo of the sponsor
- Applicant passport and copy
- Sponsor passport and copy (British passport)
- A2 English language certificate and copy
- Marriage certificate and copy
- 6 months payslips of the applicant and copy
- 6 months bank satement of applicant and copy
- Employer letter of the applicant in specified format and copy


Co-hab documents
- 2 tenancy agreements covering 2 years (joint) and copy
- Joint account statement covering last year (joint)
- 2 council tax for last two years (joint) and copy
- personal bank statement for applicant (dated2016) and
- personal bank statement for sponsor (dated late 2015)
- Sponsor home office letter (dated 2016)
- Birth certificate of our daughter (relfecting both our names and address)
- SA302 of applicant dated 2015

You don't need naturalisation cert.

What about utility bills for the last 2 years??

Cohabitation documents must be spread evenly over the last 2 years, either 6 items in joint names or 12 items in individual names.

Why are you submitting the SA302 from 2015??
