Which Entry Date we need to mentioned when applying ILR

Dear All
I have a question about below.
6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date you entered the
UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

As my initial Entry was in 19 Jan 2010 on Tier 1 G but was again and again out of the country for more then 180 days. In 2017 March Changed from Tier1 G to Tier2 G, Now when Applying for ILR, which Date we need to mentioned in section 6.1 question, does it should be 19 Jan 2010 or we should check the last entry date which completes the 5 years period, like if I apply in March 2018, then I need to trace upto 2013 and put the date last time enter in 2013 which completes my 5 years of period.
