what does Immigration fee Earner means?

i had an appointment with Xxxx firm and they are happy to undertake my immigration case, but once home i googled for some info about the firm and more about the caseworker

i found this and i am a bit confused about the meaning of fee earner, also can't read any law qualifications under their description

please could someone help me to understand what does fee earner mean and how reliable they are? any info are appreciated

Think it just means anyone in the practice who does some work, ie when u engage a £300 an hour lawyer the actual work is done by a 12k a year junior 'fee earner'.....
